The Loudoun Cemetery Conservancy is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization dedicated to honoring the historic cemeteries and graves through public information, training, research, and preservation through provision of grants to eligible cemeteries for their restoration.

The Loudoun Cemetery Conservancy and Bob Jolley, archaeologist from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources, meet to discuss future collaborations to help cemeteries throughout Loudoun County with their preservation programs.
Efforts to better protect Loudoun’s historic burial grounds continue to advance with the Loudoun Cemetery Conservancy bringing additional resources to trustees and caretakers. The nonprofit’s annual meeting on Nov. 7 at Oatlands was attended by 50 people who learned about the importance of these cemeteries
