The main topics being covered during the course are: \n\nWhy cemetery conservation is important.\nWhat it means to manage a cemetery.\nHow to manage a cemetery.\n\nQuestions you may have: \n\nWhat should I wear?\nPlease wear clothes you are comfortable learning and sitting in.\nHow many people are in the class?\nThere will be a maximum of 25 people in the class.\nWhat if I am sick or have a last-minute emergency come up during the course?\nThis course is offered in a limited capacity throughout the year. We ask that you attend the course outside of an illness or an emergency\, however if you cannot attend\, please contact the Director of Training\, Samantha Ferringer at (845) 596-6616 as soon as possible. DESCRIPTION:Thank you all for your participation in the upcoming training event on February 22nd. This is the first training session the Loudoun Cemetery Conservancy is hosting\, and we are very much looking forward to it. Here are a few reminders prior to the event. \nThe training course is from 9a.m.-4p.m and is located at Ketoctin Baptist Church in Purcellville at 16595 Ketoctin Church Rd\, Purcellville VA\, 20132. The parking lot is at the side of the church\, the entrance continues left. It is not the narrow driveway that runs up right next to the church. \n\nCoffee and donuts will be available in the morning\, and a boxed lunch will be served around 1p.m. No snacks are provided so please bring your own if needed. If you have any dietary restrictions such as gluten free or vegetarian/vegan\, please let me know NO LATER than February 17. After February 17 no further changes can be made.\nA training notebook that coincides with the program will be provided for notes\, along with a pen. An outline of the schedule of the course will be provided upon arrival.\nPlease dress according to the weather.
